Life is all about routine. Whether it’s practicing healthy habits, focusing on skincare, or going to the gym weekly, you get to decide what needs to get done to feel your best. What makes you feel complete? Do you have trouble sleeping at night? What do you need to do to get to where you want to be in life? What keeps you going and motivated? These are great questions to ask yourself whenever you feel, lonely, irritable, and lost. Means you’re not where you’re supposed to be in life and falling behind. Catching up is easy when you set goals, hard when you waste time looking back in regret. Get on point, by establishing a routine that helps you function best, it’s never too late to start over or build a new you. Don’t beat yourself, follow step by step guides, read Self-help books, get a trainer or life coach, join a gym, do whatever it takes to get going again. The worst thing you can do is to stop everything and mourn the loss of who you were, love yourself now and do what you can to repair yourself, don’t look back, keep moving forward, routine is everything! What you do now, will determine where you end up in life, always focus on the present, to lift yourself up to where you need to be to get going again.
You can spend your whole life wondering or you can spend the rest of your life living. It’s your choice, decision how you choose to spend your time on earth. You only get one earth suit in life take good care of it and don’t complain later in life if your earth suit tattered and battered up is preventing you from living your best life. Everyone has the ability to look and feel their best. It’s nothing to do with genetics or health problems, with meds, and by following proper weight management tips you too can have the life and body you deserve. For a long time I struggled with weight, it seemed impossible -played soccer and ran never lost a pound. Then I started eating vegetables and lost 50lbs. Now living my best life at 30 the center of attention and with newfound confidence I never had before in life. Inspired by myself and inspiring others daily to keep trying and never give up. Image matters, but mostly to you, please yourself first before trying to please others, at your best is when you are strongest and only you know and can determine what your best is -dont let anyone tell you differently, or make you feel like you’re not good enough cause mental illness and self destructive behaviors, it’s so not worth it.
Just because you have it all does not mean people want to be you or envy you. Just because you have what others do not have does not mean you or more blessed or have what they want and/or missing in life. Another’s unhappiness is never accurately assessed by the subjective interpretations of others, we are not all the same. Some of us are happy with less in life, and decide to have less in life because we do not wish to be targeted as someone with more. Sometimes you have to accept people the way they are whether or not you are happy with them or their progress in life. Just because they don’t have what you have in life doesn’t mean they should be treated as less than or criticized for how they live their life. To each his own.
Image and confidence go hand in hand you can’t have one without the other. When you’re confident it’s because you feel good, & because what you’re doing feels good, you look good. How you look on the outside is a direct reflection of how you feel on the inside. When you take good care of yourself and achieve in life others see that and want to be around you. But never let image interfere with your progress as that develops last when it comes to Self development, not all those who are successful do so based on image alone, remember always it’s what’s inside that counts.
