Never let your emotions get the best of you. When you hurt you’re not the only one who hurts. Always be mindful of those who care about you. To whom you express sadness and grievances to matters. Never be blind to the feelings of others. You never know who hurts when you do, and who cares too. Always do your best to see the positive and be uplifting. Whenever you feel down, remind yourself of what there is to be thankful for, always. You never know who you may affect by sharing your feelings, therefore make sure you always analyze things in the positive when you share not the negative, and be careful of bringing others down with you.
